Aurora Engineering is an independent design engineering and project management firm with prototype manufacturing support. Our primary areas of focus are railway machinery, heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
Aurora Engineering has in-house design engineering team and works with a vast network of subcontractors, suppliers and subject matter experts. Every member of our team has a wealth of experience and a proven track record in Mechanical Design Engineering. Our design engineers develop a full package of technical documentation; our manufacturing engineers and subject matter experts provide procurement and supervision over manufacture/assembling/commissioning on numerous independent manufacturing facilities.
As a result, we can develop and deliver a broad range of machinery upon Customer’s request.

Aurora Engineering traces its roots to the former Czech company MTH Praha a.s., a leading manufacturer of railway machinery in the Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union/Russia that remained in business for over 50 years. The core team members went on to bring their expertise and decades of experience to Aurora Engineering.
Prior to founding Aurora Engineering in 2012, all the technical designers and engineers worked in high-profile independent projects, focusing on new technologies in mechanical design and engineering in the Czech Republic and internationally.
